Executive Assistant (Hybrid)
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office and facilitating effective communication between the executive team and various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar and Schedule Management
- Maintain and manage the executives’ calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Communication and Correspondence:
- Screen, prioritize, and manage incoming emails, calls, and correspondence for the executives.
- Draft and edit emails, memos, reports, and other documents on behalf of the executives.
Meeting Support
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and materials.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute action items as needed.
- Ensure meeting rooms are set up with necessary equipment and supplies.
Customer Support
- Assist executive team in addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service to key customers.
- Support assigned key customers with product information, pricing, and order inquiries.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system (HubSpot).
- Track and report on customer interactions and sales activities.
Information Management
- Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documents.
- Conduct research and compile information for presentations, reports, and projects.
Project Coordination
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project deadlines are met.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Interface with clients, partners, and vendors as needed.
Expense Tracking and Budget Management
- Monitor and track expenses, process invoices, and reconcile expense reports.
- Assist in budget tracking and financial reporting as required.
Office Management
- Provide general administrative support to the executive office.
- Order office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace.

Sr WordPress Developer (Hybrid)

The Day to Day
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Reside in the Indianapolis metro area and plan to work out of our office downtown. Option to work remote 2 days per week after initial training period.
- Build expertise on trading platforms as well as best practices for campaign management and optimization.
- Execute allowing you the ability to manage the trading operations efforts for a portfolio of accounts & function as a resource for the client services team
- Communicate complex concepts and ideas in a clear and concise manner across audiences with varying levels of expertise
